Poetry writing can be fun, therapeutic and meditative. Open the channels of your intuitive mind and allow the creative writing process to flourish. Experience how your personal writing practice is stimulated and enhanced by combining language from your natural responses to color, essential oils and your own life experiences.
In this session, you will have the opportunity to write in a relaxed, creative atmosphere. There will be many choices for comfortable seating, including yoga mats and bolsters on the floor or at a table with a chair. All writing implements will be supplied for you in the studio. Everyone is welcome!
$25 per person (includes all writing materials)

Goal Setting Workshop at Victor Yoga Studio-February 2
Life is so much easier when we have a plan! In this workshop we will help you identify and set some personal and professional goals by practicing a simple technique called "Creative Visualization". A yoga meditation practice will be incorporated to help facilitate the process. Visualizing your goals will help you to focus on outcomes, allowing the process of how to get there unfold naturally. At the end of class you will have an opportunity to share your goals with the group (optional) while enjoying a cup of tea.
